1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register for or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Platform may be made available to you directly, or through a sports club, league, or organization (a "Partner") that has licensed FanNgage to power its fan-engagement experience. Where you access FanNgage through a Partner's branded app or portal, these Terms still apply to your use of the underlying Platform in addition to any terms of the Partner itself.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@fanngage.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. Description of Services

The Platform provides fan-engagement tools for sports organizations and their fans, which may include: club news, fixtures, standings, and player statistics; community features such as polls, quizzes, and forums; fantasy-sports and prediction-style contests; ticketing for matches and events; an online store for club merchandise; and paid memberships or season passes.

Not every feature is available on every Partner's instance of the Platform. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Fantasy Contests & Gamification — Free-to-Play Only

All fantasy-sports, prediction, quiz, and similar gamified contests on the Platform ("Contests") are free to enter. The Platform does not charge any entry fee, deposit, or other consideration to participate in a Contest, and does not award cash prizes, cash-equivalent instruments, or any winnings of monetary value for participating in or winning a Contest.

Any prizes offered in connection with a Contest (for example, club merchandise, digital badges, leaderboard recognition, or promotional experiences) are discretionary rewards, not winnings, and have no cash-out or resale value on the Platform.

This structure is intentional: it is designed so that Contests fall outside the definition of a "money game" under India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, which prohibits online games played for money or other stakes. You agree not to use the Platform, or any third-party service in conjunction with the Platform, to convert Contest participation or outcomes into real-money wagers, side bets, or any form of consideration.

5. Purchases: Tickets, Merchandise & Memberships

Certain features involve a purchase — including event tickets, merchandise, and paid memberships or season passes. Prices, availability, and delivery are as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card or bank details.

Purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User Conduct

• Do not use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in a Contest.
• Do not harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person, club, league, or Partner.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or that violates any third party's rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Do not use the Platform to organize, advertise, or facilitate any real-money game, wager, or side bet.
• Do not circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform.

7. User Content

If you submit content to the Platform (comments, forum posts, quiz answers, profile information, etc.), you retain ownership of it but grant Geotech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the "FanNgage" name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Geotech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Club names, crests, and trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective Partners/rights holders and are used under license or with permission.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment processors, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sports data, fixtures, and statistics are sourced from third parties and provided for informational and entertainment purposes only; we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Geotech, its officers, employees, and Partners harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Kolkata, West Bengal, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, failing which by the competent court under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of our Grievance Officer are provided below. You may contact the Grievance Officer with complaints regarding the Platform; we will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
