End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Geotech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the App.
• You may not use the App on a jailbroken or rooted device in a manner that circumvents its security controls.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Geotech and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or trade names of Geotech or its Partners.

4. Updates

We may from time to time issue updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App. This EULA applies to all updates unless a separate license accompanies the update.

5. Third-Party Services & Content

The App may include or rely on third-party software components and services (e.g., analytics SDKs, payment gateways, push-notification services). Your use of such components is also subject to their respective terms.

6. Consent to Use of Data

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use data collected through the App, including device and diagnostic data used to maintain and improve the App.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms, or if you uninstall the App. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Geotech does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from it shall be subject to the dispute resolution and jurisdiction provisions of our Terms & Conditions.
